Breathe in, breathe out
Yesterday morning I struggled to keep a steady flow of breath 💨 during the practice. It was as if all the moisture in the air won’t let me breathe properly. Let’s see how it goes today, but it's quite annoying.
A
little bird told me that maybe I should introduce some pranayama before
starting my daily practice. A few rounds of Kapalabhati or Bhastrika ♨️🔥 to fully
awake and activate my diaphragm.
I am open to suggestions from fellow ashtangis. 🤷♂️🙏
