To πŸƒ‍♂️ or not to πŸƒ‍♂️ (anymore)


After four long years without running, I tried it again a few days ago and now I am inflamed and sore across my left lower body: from the hip to the heel and fascia.πŸ€• Only my knee, which is supposed to be the most chronically damaged, doesn't hurt. How come? Beats me!

Consequently, my Ashtanga practice these past couple of days has only consisted of sun salutations, 1️⃣0️⃣ A's and 1️⃣3️⃣ B's. Due to my left leg not working well (i.e. not "rooting into the floor"), I am unable to do any more standing poses.

Thus, it seems that getting back to running at my 6️⃣2️⃣ is pretty much out of the question πŸ˜‰

Anyhow, that long ⏳ half hour of sun salutations was very beneficial to me, and I didn't feel tired at all. I am definitely in love with Surya Namaskars 😊🀸‍♂️
